About the instructor

I'm Jasmine Chomski, Registered Psychotherapist. I have a passion for helping others create the life they were meant to live.

Using a strong base of cognitive-behavioural therapy, I help people to identify the thought patterns that are standing in their way and work to create lasting change. Cognitive-behavioural therapy helps people to understand the thinking patterns that lead to stress and unhappiness. I help my clients to change these patterns and provide concrete tools they can use on their own.

As a result of my experiences in private practice, I recognized that addressing only the mental health aspect was not enough. For true healing to happen, the physical and spiritual aspects of the self, also needed assistance. I believe a holistic approach to be the most effective.
